Did your NOC stay on the list or not? How come you have sent your papers again? or just the payment?
I am also planning to complain to the minister if they deny me based on failed CC charges. We all should have the fair ground. Please do let us know when you get a response.
My NOC is not at the list anymore. I got an email from my bank that they have observed some irregular activities (not CIO) on my car and needed to block the card. They later sent me a new card. I then called the CIO customer services on 2nd July (right after i got the notification from Bank on 1st July) and the agent told me that CIO would contact me if payment fails to update them with a new one and requested me to just wait. When after waiting for so long and not hearing anything from them, i called them back again on 13th August and that time the agent was saying they are not honoring 30 days rule anymore and if the payment is not through, then they would reject the application - which totally contradicts their earlier statements and practice. However, the lady agent suggested me that i should send CIO a mail with new updated Fee Pyament FOrm and having a "URGENT" stamped on the top of the envelop. She also mentioned that it is not a norm to accept such way, but they might consider since they have changed the rule recently.
I sent out whatever they asked me along with the email copy taht had received from the bank in two hours after that and it has reached there on 18th. I called them yesterday to check on if they have updated my payment form but they could not verify the outcome and the lady is little rude by repeatedly telling that they are working on May 3rd application and cannot tell anything more than that.
