when will this AOR notification come?,am just confused ,i guess i have to close my eyes and the thinking that the notification would come the next minute should totally be erased.
The AOR will come at CIC appropriate time ,enough of the speculations.

guys .. is it mandatory to submit birth certificate.. i don't have birth certificate .. so far i have already collected all other documents.. any thoughts ?

i know it is mandatory to submit the birth certificate as thier basis for your personal details. Just curious, what documents did you submit when you applied for your passport? usually birth cert is needed when applying for passport.

i didn't had to submit my birth certificate to get my passport .. i had to go through police verifaction process only .. never really needed one .. my consultant told me i can substitute birth certificate with secondary/higher secondary certificate .. she just replied back to my query this afternoon .. i am currently in USA and might have ask my parents to get my birth cert... I am currently in the process of applying for US green card as well .. so far my lawyer (USA) didn't require birth cert either (for PERM/H1) .. i have all documents except for birth certificate .. guys pls advise ..

The birth certificate clause in their documents mentions that birth certificates are normally accepted if birth was registered immediately after birth so if there is nt one than there should nt be a problem since there are other authentic docs like high school certificate and passport etc which have the DOBs... the best advice i can give is to nevertheless get one made... but there are people who did nt sent any/explained the reason and got approvals.

For May 1 to 5 applicants, since we hven't heard anything, Is it early to say that we passed the assessmend and just waiting for the 1st AOR?

Have they stamped your forms with any date?
If so, apply again with corrected forms and stamped ones.

The may send a routine pre-prepared answer for all rejected applications... (You can apply under new rules...)

Goodluck rafael - u shud hear something today. when i called CIC yday. they were still busy with May3rd and she told me they should start on May4th today or tomorrow. May 7th she asked me to wait a week

i was there on april forum, I have applied on may 3th and reached on may10th received by Paul at halifax.
still my DD is not charged! ...by the way i feel it shud hve been debited.
called em they told me it can more 2 weeks...Just hping good!!!
Any idea???
