how are you? after very long time heard from your side.thanks for your good wishes veer ji i am really ardently waiting for my MR hope NDVO send them soon,
and your consultant in Australia he is also having information about ndvo working,nice as our consultant here in India are really crooks once whole payment is IN they give damn to applicant and his case.very mean people.
at least your consultant is talking to you and giving you consultancy services mine is really crook..whomm i hate talking to.never he gives any clear picture.

yesterday I spoke to my consultant he said just wait for this month. May be he get some info from delhi office and he said Delhi office is very busy coz some rule changes and they sort out all the old application (before feb 2008). Delhi office dsptch the MR to jan nd feb applicants. I am in Australia so my consultant is also here in Sydney. I hope you will get your MR very soon, and me may be in august or sept (jai rabb nu manjoor hoyea ta).

Totally agree with you, I am same as you with my consultant. they are much hopeless.. I can never advice people to go with them, so called NO 1 in India

my consultant is very good and he was a manager in WWICS Sydney up to 4 year. but the year before last he started his personal consultancy under the name of J & p Global immi.

par veer ji sadi udeek te bahut he jeada lambi ho chuki hai ithe bathe bathe.
a day after 2morw my total 150 days will pass from date my file came to in process.

dukh tan kar ki jeada hunda hai jad mi2 and mi3 walia nu MR dende paye han atte assi dangaara wang muh chuk ke dekh de paye han cic de muh wal nu kad sanu mr de pathe paonge.na menu ek he gal samaj nai anddi ke assi kehre katal kar ke ya bamb thamake kar ke bhaje hoe han jo sadiya files de background check ate criminality check nu eh duffers itna jeada time laga rahe han. sade warge gareeb tan aj tak punjab to bahr ve na nikle.....veer ji aaj tan mere sabar de baaassss jahe ho gaye hai....

Recently my ecase changed from RBVO to IN PROCESS since may 2012.. I still haven't received any waiting letter from CHC LONDON.
What will be the next stage....

Will i get an update letter or medical...

My current e-cas status says..
"We received your application for permanent residence on April 29, 2010. We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on March 28, 2012 to (address). Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us. If we have sent the letter to the wrong address, please contact us
. Your application was reviewed and we started processing on March 28, 2012.

my file is at VO New Delhi..

My queries are:
1. It is mentioned that they have sent a letter to me but i have not received any such letter. What are the chances that this is a 6-12 month wait letter.
2. As mentioned in e-cas, they have reviewed my file and are now processing. Does this mean that i have passed the eligibility test ( criminality and security n other tests are pending)
3. I applied in april 2010 , by when can i expect medicals.
4. My consultant is not very keen on sending enquiry letter to VO, as he says they will give generic information that they are still processing the file. He asks to wait wait wait. I am waiting since last two years eagerly.
Request everyone to give inputs on my case. Shall b very thankful.

I received the MR on July 16 (issue date July 4), Almighty is great....

The MR is accompanied with - RPRF, updated photos, Schedule A and confirmation of interview waiver.

Hope all other MR come shortly...

Bakki 2010 applicant kisai hor da MR ayea jis di file Jan, Feb ja March 2012 ch reviewed hoyi hovai.manu ish webste bare knwldge thodi hai tai mai visit v ghat hi karda ha. sorry for that
