Its true.i also agree with u. if they will refuse our application then they will be poor as they have to return our money and if they will give us visa then they are thinking that we are going to be a liability on them... so now we have to forget about our file.

We will take revange when we will get visa.. we may withdraw our files or really be a liability of them......No country is richer than ASIA. These countries are saving their own resources and just utilizing our things for luxury...

WE R FOOL now we can live here and can have better life than there...

Now Imagine this : As per mails from CIC 144,000 applications have not received a decision. Each Applicant submitted Rs. 22000 per applicant. Many of them have paid dependent fees upto 4 people. Still if we put an average to 2 then this means fees of 288000 are with CIC (144000 x 2)

Now calculate the amount of applicants Stuck with CIC 288000 x 22000 = Rs. 6336000000 (USD or CAD 140800000 appox) & this is just for people under MI-1.

Imagine the amount with CIC of applicants waiting since 2003

Dear Pritosh

They have cost of processing also, they have hired manpower paying rentals, exp on communication etc and canada is a soveren country they have their own laws. What they do is issue some guideline on perceptions and surveys and the results differ. I feel we must continue our lives here in india and think that canada is an option. Please do not depend on the PR. I know many people who returned empty handed from canada.

Dear Seniors

i will appreciate if any one in the group can help me out in understanding the situation am going through:

i have submitted my full docs to london visa office after the first and initial application check from NS, mean while i blessed with a baby and i filled the dependent form and sumbit a bank draft, after 3 months i received an email that my draft can not be cashed so kindly submit another draft within on month time frame so i did the same, i confirmed that the office has received the bank draft and it was been cashed .

My ecse status is showing the following message:

Your application was received by VO on April xxx 2010. ( even i did not received 2nd AOR).

i am unable to understand this situation kinldy help me out will be much grate ful to the group and seniors.

Altit,

I guess its now at RbVO ( Recvd by Visa Office).
There is nothing you can do now except waiting for your ecas to change into IN PROCESS.
keep checking your Ecas on every Tuesdays.
What is your NOC and Visa office?

hi seniors,

its been a while since i last posted here. im a may 2010 category also. VO recieved my application on nov 2010 and received letter from buffalo on may 2011. from then on nothing yet from buffalo. hoping i here positive news from them. goodluck to all of us.

As per my calculation,May 2010 buffalo VO applicants will get medical request in Spring of 2012.Buffalo is so slow.

I am new here. I have also applied in May 2010. and i got the first letter in oct 2010. and i received uci no (2nd file no) in feb 2011.
still waiting for MR. anyone have an idea when it will be come..

Dear please guide GOD has given us a baby now i want to include my baby in our application. first how we will inform about it London visa office and second what documents we require to submit plz guide us.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5406E.pdf

include Birth Certificate & passport copy
you should pay 150 CAD $ as processing fees for your child

Dont forget to include a cover letter about the birth of this new born and mentioning the list of papers you are sending.
