Where did u get this information on filling new form for visa office. I think it is better we obey the instruction in the appropraite section of the guide at every stage of our application.The rule "Don't give visa officer any loophole to reject ur application"I posted earlier and refered us the section that addresses this issue in the guidance document.Let me quickly summarize again: After filling all ur forms in preparation for NS, u have to leave the signature section meanwhile and make 2 photocopies.After making the photocopies,sign the original copies and send to NS.Keeping 2 sets of unsigned photocopies until u get AOR and instruction from NS.At this stage, u will pick a set of photocopy, put original signature on the forms, attach a letter explaining any change btw the time u sent ur initial application to NS and now, and finally send to ur visa office.The last set of photocopy is for ur records.Filling new form is like telling them u are post 28th June applicant.Wishing everyone of us all the best.
