Can any one who received MR alongwith Passport, New PCC and RPRF fee to gether. I have a case where applicant who filed on 23-March-2010 and File was transfered to NDVO on 10 APR-2010 Documents submitted in June and got Inprocess from 17-1-2012 has received an email asking MR+Original PP+New PCC+RPRF does it mean will get visa or not....?
Please share your medical requests were with all these or not...

Hi hope u may receive visa soon anyhow they have. Planned to issue 55000 visas in FSW by 2013. Total 100000 immigrants waiting so all others may get latest by 2014

Ya I am sure that if no problem in medical or elsewhere u will get stamp in 2013 as the quota is there if we are luckey enough will get medical in next 6 months or can get it later if there is any quota left...

Dear All

Let me explain you the situation,100000 files were upto July 2012 ( data release ) there are three type of files

1. PPL who will get Visa in 2012( 2012 Quota to be filled)

2. PPL who will be refused Visa ( Part of 100000 files ) - as acceptance rate is as low as 33% in MI1, 36% in MI2 etc ( Some Quota must have left from those planned entries) lets see how many files pass Litmus test

3. PPL who will fall under 2013 Visa Quota

according to my estimates NDVO and CIC will start accepting new files in next session Jan 2013 or they may not meet their Visa targets, the actual picture will be clear in DEC data release by CIC and I am sure only few thousand files will be pending with CIC. I hope that by July 2013 all eligible candidates would get MR and by end of 2013 or First half of 2014 98% files will be cleared except some complicate cases like Medical Problem, Documents not complete, Funds, criminality, B/G checks etc ..

Is there a way to find out in which quota an applicant fall. Its been 4months now. Actually I got PP, MED, RFRP req. all in one email and that was 4months ago.

I hope I fall in 2012 Quota........

Dear

They issue/process visa according to the date of second AOR and the when Bfd date strikes may be it depends upon information on your file and how the Visa Officer takes decision on your file. I feel The VO, if delays your processing due to lack of some information it again is allotted next date. I think you will receive Visa within this year or in first quarter of 2013 if nothing is pending in your file

what do we mean by 1st AOR, 2nd AOR.

I was also thinking that VO perform jobs in a batch. Like collecting all PPs at 1 place who will get MEDs and when it reaches to a set level they shoot MEDs req. Similarly collect all approved ready to stamp PPs at another place and stamp them together when time comes. In other words if a PP is approved for visa its just waiting for others to come and get stamped in a batch.

I might be right or wrong, please advice....

I'm telling you our case status in Beijing. Many of us got Med in Feb. this year, and sent PP, PCC, RPRF, MEDs then. So far, 9 months gone, we are still waiting for DM, meanwhile,we've tried to mail to VO, the feedback was "will finalize case at very beginning of January 2013"! What a ridiculous answer, because we'd have only ONE month left to prepare for landing things.

Any idea about that?

hi everyone.our medicals are done. my wife has a findings. she must undergo a heart surgery as soon as possible. doctors says their might a possibility that our pr application will be delayed or it might be denied even though she is not the principal applicant.yes a very sad moments for us. but what TUPAC said life goes on. reality bites and bring me a painful experience of my life. i`am anticipating that will going back to zero,starts all over again. instead of murmuring and crying on one corner i`d rather look for a better solutions which i know will put me again on a better place.
