I wish to share my timeline with the Following details:

The whole immigration process has been drafted in favor of the Canadian Economy, the following facts point to the same :-

1. The Immigration process provides business to innumerable immigration lawyers and companies who make millions out of the same. If the Canadian government wants to attract the kind of educated immigrants they claim to be promoting than they should make the process simple enough thereby banning the consultants and the lawyers, an educated prospective immigrant should be capable enough to fill in his own forms.

2. The Immigration fees taken from lakhs of prospective immigrants as well as the RPRF fees taken from them and than delaying the whole process for years on end and thereby utilizing the money and the interest on the same serves the purpose of the department jeopardizing the careers of so many prospective immigrants.

3. The Immigration process has been deliberately made complicated thereby providing employment to a huge staff at the immigration office as well as the respective visa office at the expense of the applicant.

4. The CAIPS notes are being provided with a fees rider for providing information on the file processing, there are companies which are making millions by being in this business only. This information could have been simply provided on the ECAS status, it is not a huge technical issue to provide the information on the ECAS. But applicants spend $40-$360 every time they apply for CAIPS from outside the country. How can a commercial establishment been given a right to exploit the applicants.

5. Now the case of cancelling all the pre 2008 applications following is the excerpt from the case arguments:-

On September 18, 2012 a Stay Motion was presented to the Court wherein the lawyers requested an Order that would prevent the government from beginning the process of terminating applications and returning government processing fees. The Motion was dismissed, but all was not lost because:

The above clearly points out that the courts will not stay the proceedings but the lawyers will fleece millions of dollars from prospective immigrants who in the hope of a last ditch effort will keep on giving $500/- each to the immigration lawyers, who will keep on filling there pockets.

The IMMIGRATION PROCESS has been made as a business by the Immigration department for the past decades taking advantage of the peoples want to immigrate to Canada.

For those still waiting, I believe PPR, MR, Visa are on its way! This is the month!!!

Hi Guys,

Is there anybody waiting for their PP back??? my visa office is LA sent PP last Aug.08 encashed DD last Sept.6, DM last Sept.21,
and now waiting after almost 2 months for my PP back..why it took them so long to sent it back ?/ any Idea what's gong on ? senoirs any inputs pls. and to all you guys had the same experience pls. share.


this is the last stage of our application but it feels like the closer you get .....the more you need patience..hoping they sent it back this week..ANY IDEA HOW MANY DAYS AFTER DM with LA VO they will sent back the PP? thanks Godbless to all..

guyz, what do you mean by medical results received from ECAS? I heard from one of my friend who appllied for PR that the ASSIGN physician will send your medical results to OTTAWA by then on they will review your documents and if they see that you are ok they will send your MEDICAL RESULTS to your visa office and your VISA office will send you a note that they received the medical results????? does it means like this...........

DESIGNATED PHYSICIAN---MEDICAL RESULT SEND TO OTTAWA(FINALIZED)----SEND TO VISA OFFICE (ADVICE YOU THROUGH ECAS. medical result received..

THE BOTTOMLINE is did they have the final decision regarding our medical exams??????pls i need some comments on this situation/status.... thank you and well appreciated..........good day...... i know the LINK but just want to have more ideas in this procedure.....

nope. im here in canada.I didnt know when is the exact date that my ecas status was changed to MEDICAL RESULTS WAS RECEIVED. i saw it yesterday afternoon. we did our medical, 2nd week of MAY 2012. and what i did last month i emailed them, asking them if ever they can check my status since we did our medicals more than 120 days from the time i send my email.

hi - we got our passports back from LA office yesterday .. i think they were just sitting on it .. i sent them an email on Tuesday and mailed my passports on wednesday .. it took them over 2 months ..but thanks allah that we have got it ..

this means u have passed the medical -- don't worry .. we had issues with our son's medical and that's how i know .. they don't add that line unless u pass it ( At least in USA for sure) .. good luck ..

Hello everybody can anyone answer please I applied in April 2010 so everything is in order and cic scheduled my interview on 26 July 2012 and I been through interview the officer said you will have to go through medical test but until today there is nothing I can see on my status so any body is same process

hi - we got our passports back from LA office yesterday .. i think they were just sitting on it .. i sent them an email on Tuesday and mailed my passports on wednesday .. it took them over 2 months ..but thanks allah that we have got it ..

Can I ask u where is ur current location? how come they sent u ur PP and u got it a day after? they are using regular mail right? I emailed them yesterday hoping they sent it already..and Hoping anytime this week... thank you and GOodluck to your land..
