Looks like my ecas is in a frozen state for one and half years with 'RBVO' and 'application pending review' inside that ever since I submitted my full docs to New Delhi VO back in Jan'11...and it still is....no 2nd AOR, no acknowledgement mail/email/response, nothing! So I decided to send in a case specific enquiry and this is the reply I got today...not sure what it means, but means something!

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in response to your recent enquiry to the Immigration Section of the Canadian High Commission in New Delhi.

You may note that you have passed the selection stage. Soon medical instructions will be mailed to you along with a request for additional documents.

We trust that this information will be of assistance.

I had earlier said that my ECAS was in a permanent freeze for one and half years with "RBVO" even at the time I wrote the last post..but I checked it a while ago, and it has changed to IN PROCESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am an FSW3 preJune applicant - my NOC doesn't belong to the 38 / 29 NOC category and neither do I have a job offer(for now, at least! )

Look guyz, its a matter of worry, if u see my earlier posts, I had warned all 4131 NDVO applicants
that they are on fire line.


kavya got such a lengthy verification, still no status update in her case.
atleast 7-8 fellow members got recent verifications, same experience.

its not known by now whether her is case rejected or wat.

buddies be cautious, u gonna b the next( i may be one among u).

Dear Ptv7425, my status also change to in process from 2nd May 2012, Did you get any email for updated doc request? Because from this forum I saw lot of person got In-PROCESS after they send the updated docs to VO.

No email so far, they may request updated POF doc, PCC etc along with MR, just my guess.

I think lot of in process for NDVO happened during last week. I have been checking the status almost 2 times daily and today it changed to in process today
