IBCC=Inter Board Committee of Chairmen, Islamabad, Pakistan
HEC= Higher Education Commission, Islamabad, Pakistan

these are two authorities who attest the degrees and certificates(HSSC, Bachelors, Masters etc) for the people who complete their studies from a pakistani institute. the attested documents from these authorities are accepted all over the world.

HI,

You need to send or visit HEC office in Islamabad to get attested, you will require your original and copies of transcripts/degree from matric onwards. Yes if he is added in the application you need to get PCC for him as well.

Cheers

so being on safe side and safe time we must do the following.
1- get ur original degree and original transcript attested from HEC
2- send original transcript to VO and copy of Degree to VO (copy also attest from HEC or notory public)
same is the case with your spouse documents.
is that so ?

April applicants is moving forward slowly...

I just can't wait when May applicants will be reviewed.
