hi everybody! hope you're all doing well. we applied under the new federal skilled program and sent our application last may 2009. until now, we haven't received any feedback whether we are eligible or not? should i follow up our application or wait until the 12-month window has passed?

Assuming you sent the application to Sydney, it is quite possible that if you gave them your email, they replied by email. Check your spam folder. So either followup with Sydney or contact the office you selected to have your application processed by email and inquire.
