Maxing out Personal Activity in PR App

Hi,

I filled out the Personal Activity section for the last 10 years and had 72 fields. When saving, the system gave an error saying I had too many fields. I deleted 2 fields, tried again and then got this error:

• Error Description: Problematic field: Personal activities: You have reached the maximum number of records permitted for this table. If you have more data than this table holds, make sure your most recent data is captured.
• Error Description: Problematic field: Personal activities: You must provide at least 10 continuous years of history, or all time since this person's 18th birthday, to the present.

Looks like if I delete to get rid of the maxed out error then the second error that it's not a full 10 years will still be there. Feels like a catch 22 situation. If I have the proper # of fields the 10 year error is there. If I have a full 10 years filled out, the maxed out error is there.

Any suggestions?

What all activities are you listing under the Personal History section?

How did you fill you address history? I have lived at my current address my whole life and have being at other addresses for three months maximum. Should i only include
1. the current address+3 months+2 months+1 month or
2. Should i include current address+three months+current address+2 months+current address+1 month, something like that?

My goodness, I'm amazed you were able to get to 72 entries with just those things! Is there anything you can condense? For example, instead of listing school year-by-year or semester-by-semester, you can list that you attended for 4 years in one entry. It's okay to have overlapping entries when you do that. I worked two jobs at the same time and listed both even though they overlapped. You can also leave short vacations out since they're listed in the travel history section and it's assumed that you returned to your job or schooling.

Unfortunately, without knowing what your history is like, it's hard to say exactly what to do here.

Hi, were you able to reduce the lines? In personal history you need to mention only about Education, Employment, Unemployment for the last ten years. No need to mention vacation period.

I kean unless you did more than 7 different things a year... how did you list the information? Can you provide examples?

I ended up deleting fields until I had 49. Then the 50th I just filled it out spanning the rest of the 10 years and wrote that I'd attach the completed information separately. Not sure if this is kosher or not.

Please provide details as to how you filled personal history. I think you're adding way too many information spread out for example if your adding a bachelor start date is 2015 and end is 2018 for example. One line. Same as per company worked in even if you got promotions. More than 50 different jobs and education over 10 years seems a lot and there's something weird for sure

You can put mar 18 2017- jul 28 2017 USA unemployed
Instead of

(Assuming during your vacation to chile your residence was canada)

In other words, if you're on vacation don't add it there. Traveling to a place doesn't make it your place of residence. That will go to travel history.

So if you didn't live in canada you can't put unemployed in canada like in 2017. You just went on vacation there. Your activity is still unemployed/usa. Merge them you'll end up with much fewer lines.
