Maximum time on LMO

I have a quick question regarding LMO from HRDSC. I did quite a bit of research on the internet but wasn't able to find any proper information. When a LMO is approved by HRDSC, for my information I have heard 3 years is the maximum for a foreign worker.

Is it correct? What if the foreign worker applies for another LMO after his previous 3 year LMO, is it still considered? Or 3 yrs is the max that is ever given to a foreign worker of any kind.

so that means if I apply for a LMO after the one year gap from the initial 3 yrs of LMO work permit, I can again get an LMO?

i cant understand this new policy is this included all TFW or only those who entered canada this year?i heard lots of humors about this some said that this will be for those new comer in canada..
