Maximum time for visa stamping in New Delhi VO?

Hi

I am a FSW outland applicant. I got PPR on 16th-Feb-2016. Submitted passports to New Delhi VO through VFS on 22nd-Feb-2016.

On 4th MyCIC application was Closed saying approved.

Till now i have not received my PP back. Nor has the VFS return tracker activated. I have called VFS and they have not been able to help.

Their site just says

Visa application, tracking ID No.XXXX is being processed at the Canada Visa Office, NEW DELHI.To know more, please call VAC helpline number or visit VAC website.

How can I track the status of my passport? What can be the longest waiting time?

If someone can shed some light, it would be great.

I am really panicking since i see in http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/passport-to-new-delhi-vo-lets-connect-here-t392892.165.html people who have submitted much after me have the stamped passport with them.

Is it possible that the passport has been misplaced?

Try calling vfs center helpline number because you paid them and its their responsibility to hand u over the passports after stamping.
They are accountable for secure transfer.

I am in a confused state of mind...I got PPR last to last week and submitted my paasport via VFS to NDVO on 2 Mar and the status on file showed "Approved".

I am still waiting for the passport to come back but the status on the CIC account has changed to "Not Started".

I am a bit worried...Can someone kindly advice...Is the an issue?

I have already called them. They are saying that the PP is with NDVO and they cannot do anything. Once NDVO hands it over to them, then they will update me.

From "Approved" did it move to "Not Started" ?

As you can see from my signature, I submitted my PP on 22nd March, still have not received it back.
