Maximum CRS for non applicants with no connection to Canada

Hi House,

I was just wondering what could be the maximum CRS one could obtain if they have no connection to Canada (like, not previously studied / worked in Canada, not having a valid LMIA approved job offer, no provincial nomination, no French proficiency and no siblings in Canada) if one has say a non Canadian Master's degree, 8777 in IELTS and having 3+ years work experience in the same NOC?

And in what other ways could they possibly improve their CRS without any of the factors i mentioned above?

There are no other ways to improve your score other than what is listed.
