Hope you all are doing well, I am 25 year old born and brought up in Delhi .I had around 3+ Year Experience in below IT profiles to make it short and quick please reply on below queries.

BTECH-2012 All study in regular.
Technical Helpdesk-4 Months
Engineer-IAS(infrastructure availability service )-10 Months
NOC Engineer(Network Operation Engineer)-1.5 Year
Application Support Engineer-1 Year

Queries:
What are the Job prospects in Canada for my profile?Which territory/Province has good Opportunities for me?
I have calculate CRS points it comes around -430 ?What are my chances for immigration?
Is there was any specific time to apply for Immigration?Like Month

Your score qualifies you to receive PT Notification of Interest for Nomination from Ontario provided your experience falls under any of the NOC 0/A/B.

Is there was any specific time to apply for Immigration?Like Month

No. If you have your IELTS and ECA ready, you can straightaway create your Express Entry profile and arrange for documents in the interim. Once you receive PT Notification of Interest for Nomination from Ontario, you can send all the documents as part of OINP Application package.

All the best for your IELTS. If you get 8777 for LRWS, it will give you good CRS score. I assume you would have already factored this while calculating your score (430). The next available dates for IELTS (IDP) - General Training in Delhi is March 5th and 19th.

Meanwhile, I would also suggest you to initiate the ECA process as getting the transcripts from the universities will take time, so by the time your IELTS is done, your ECA also would have been completed. This will help you to create your Express Entry account not later than first week of April.
