Max document upload size limit per section ?

Hi all,

I need to know how much is the maximum size of attachment for each section ... I.e education section .. passport section etc.. ?

I have heard that it is 5 Mb. so it is cumulative ( for entire app documents ) or for one section ( single file ) only ?

It's 4 MB for each file/section according to http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?q=1123&t=23.
