Hi all, I am a Hong Konger aged over 30 and graduated from university in Hong Kong 10 years ago. I am in Hong Kong but interested in some study programs in Calgary.
If my medium of instruction is English during my undergraduate studies in university, and the transcript is in bilingual (Chinese + English), do I still need to submit my IELTS (academic) result to University/College as English proficiency proof?
Or will they issue conditional offer for English proficiency proof or directly turn down my offer if I do not have IELTS result along with my transcripts submission?
