Hi
I want to knw abt d job prospects after doin MHA in CANADA as an international graduate. As an international student is it difficult to get a job as compared to a domestic student? And is it difficult to get admissions???

I am assuming you to be from a medical background ( MBBS,BDS) and Masters in healthcare administration is only good if u do from a good univeristy otherwise its no good..I would say Masters in public health is slightly better course as its fee is comparitively cheaper but then again, its difficult to get jobs for an international student as jobs are hard to find by and also some of the hiring takes place in govt sector where domestic students are preferred..I would only suggest to go for MPH and if you are interested in going for MHA then do it from top ranked school and do it from a province where it is easier to get a PR..Goodluck

It shouldnt be that hard to get admission unless you are a really pathetic student. The universities need money and you need the paper. The problem is all government jobs require you to be a citizen. If you are very desperate to settle in Canada and make it your home i suggest you apply to immigrate in the skilled worker category. Finish your Masters here by that time you'll be eligible to apply as citizen and then apply for government jobs. Although there is no gurantee you'll get them

Yes obviously? Otherwise you'll run away and share our secrets with the Indian government. Will the Indian government give job to a non-Indian?

Y ur so keen about govt. jobs in canada , when ur not citizen of canada do u think are lots of govt. jobs in canada and they would be very happy to give it a non resident ,plz try India for this purpose , and otherwise change your course to other faculty that would be more convenient to u.

And focuse what really you want to do in ur near future .

Best wishes

please give ur complete profile with grades etc ......ofcourse as a non resident / international student ur not going to get government jobs in canada . u either need to find a field which wont require work experience or get some work experience .
