masters or pg diploma in telecommunications line

hi all,
i am new to this forum,read all the info and is really helpful..cheers to that..
i want to study in canada but am confused about masters or pg diploma.
i have done my b tech in ece,with training in bsnl and presently doing job with a telecom company in india.
seniors please help me out with this...

masters is always better than PG diploma

read ur posts earlier n wer helpful.
universities ask for your lasr 2 year full study marks or ur btech marks???
i have 70 percent in btech and if last 2 years of full study it is 75 prcnt..??
