Masters in computer science from canada after BCA(3 years) possible or not?

hi everyone
i am doing BCA (bachelor's of computer application) from S.D college chandigarh which is certified A grade by NAAC.
my aggregate till this date is 72% and my last year is going on.(trying hard to get more)
i am planning to take admission in UBC. i have read that they do not accept applications so easily, even if you complete all the requirements is this true?
if it is please tell me where should i try to take admission?
i haven't done IELTS yet will do it after complete my graduation.
please help. i want to study abroad and earn well so that i can settle my family. i am ready to work hard.
also if you are experienced please let me know some more universities.
i have searched for unov of concordia, univ of british columbia, univ of northern british columbia.
please!

You should look at the entry requirements of every single university offering CS masters. If you are confused you can email them. There aren't that many universities in Canada so this is pretty easy to do.

i have a question that can i apply right now? i have not completed my graduation till yet?
