Do Canadian universities accept 12+3 education for masters in biomedical sciences for international students? If 'yes' then please list the universities name.

No universities require a 4 year bachelors.

How can we somehow do masters in Canada then? Kindly give some information.

You would have to take extra courses to convert your 3 year degree to a 4 year degree. You may find a university willing to accept your application with a 2nd advanced degree from your home country. The admission averages are pretty high for masters in biomedical sciences so unless you have a very good marks you also aren’t going to get admitted to a program.
