Masters from Canada-Still require Undergrad ECA?

If my final degree is from within Canada, would I still require an ECA for my Bachelors? I know for the US, people have only had their final degree verified.

Hey guys. I have the exact same question. Do I need ECA for bachelors if masters is from canada.
If not, how do I mention about bachelors when filling EE profile.
