Master's degree End date question ? post ITA plz help

I have completed my Masters degree(Canadian) in July 2014 however , i got my Degree on Oct -2014 (on convocation ceremony)

so, what will be the end month of my degree?

meanwhile , i applied PGWP in august and received in end of September , and i started working full-time on September 2014(mid of this month) itself on Bridge work permit status (bridge between student work permit and PGWP) . so will it affect my application if i declare my Degree end date as oct 2014 ?

when your education is finished that is when you pass the degree is the month your degree completed. not when convocation held
