Greetings,
I am a newbie, so bear with me. Here's my situation. I have a BS in Nursing from the US, followed with almost one year of work experience (beginning of June to the end of May).
1. Can I claim one year of work experience?

Last year I graduated with my MA in Bioethics from the UK. I have already received my ECA verifying both my bachelors in Nursing and masters in Bioethics degrees.
2. Since my MA and BS degrees are related, but not the same, does my work experience need to be in bioethics or nursing?
3. Am I allowed to indicate Masters as my highest level of education and then list work experience in nursing? (this is in case the answer is YES to the first question).

Thank you a thousand times over,
Nargilya

1. You need to have 52 weeks where you worked at least 30 hours. If you have 52 weeks, you can claim one year.
2. Doesn't matter.
3. Yes.

Thank you SO much for replying. So even though I've never had a vacation during that year, it still doesn't count?

If I start working as a school RN now, keeping in mind that the school year begins at the end of August 2018 and ends in June 2019, will my work experience count as a full year? Or do I have to work at the school for 1.5 years to accumulate my work experience?
