You can as long as you already have a bachelor degree. A bachelor degree is required to be admitted to a Masters.

I have completed my bachelor in engineering but as my academic are low ,i am thinking of doing a pg diploma course ,so after i complete pg diploma course , which grades would they consider for my master's admission? Btech or pg diploma?

They will look at your Btech grades primarily - but if you obtained higher grades in your diploma that can sometimes help you.
