Master vs college

Hello. I have a Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering.(without exp)

I'm willing to get a job and start my career in Canada.

I'v noticed that foreigners cannot get a job directly from their homeland without canadian experience and education.

So I am thinking to get an another degree or diploma. But I have a dilemma like everybody else, career-wise ,which one is better?

and my main question is which one has better chance for getting a job?

I also assume that master has a better chance. But could you be little more specific?

Do Canadian companies lack workers who has a higher degree? more than trade workers or technologists(technicians)?
