I have two questions to ask.
I got my general IELTS score and I had : 7.5 in speaking, 7 in Listening, 6 in writing, but surprisingly 5 in reading.
I know that minimum score is 6, but would they refuse my application if I applied under OINP -International Master stream ? or there is a chance. I cant afford to pay for the exam again and this is only chance i have.
Also in Feb 27th,2017 update, they are allowing to apply from "abroad", does that mean we can apply outside of Canada or only applies for outside Ontario but NOT outside CANADA?
I have been in Ontario for 7 years and i had both my Honor degree and Master from Ontario I hope that would be helpful to raise my chance of getting accepted.
I am looking forward for your response if anyone had same experience and got accepted or has any accurate knowledge, or any other way that I could apply for PR (by the way, all jobs i did in or out of Canada were part time jobs).
