Master degree evaluated as diploma by wes

I have done regular MBA of 2 yrs which wes evaluated as 1 year diploma.I have sent them a mail but they replied it has been sent to concerned department and 5 working days has passed.Will there be any changes or i should put my EOA.It will cause 7 points less.

They won't change it. Try another evaluation org or apply if score is high enough
