Applied for MApSc in computer science in concordia University for Fall 2021.There is no progress shown on my application portal.Is it worth applying for MApSc at Concordia University? I am 29 years now and married ..Will I get PR after my graduation?

You may not hear about a masters program until May. Usually the admissions dates are on the website. Whether it is worth it, depends on you. No one can answer a question about careers for you. PR depends on completion, work experience and your score.

As per my concern, to get MASC you have to convince professor first. Otherwise you have to choose self funded MEng.
She has applied for MApSC which is different that MASC. MASC is thesis based where you've to find a professor to work under, while MApSC is course based with an option to do Co-op if requirements are met.
