i'm married to a Canadian woman...we already know eachother since longtime...and we married and translated the contract and finished authorization in council...and now she is there in Canada and im here..

so.. when i can recieve the PR and what about citizenship?

You and your wife need to apply for her to sponsor you for PR. The processing time will depend on your country see http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/international/05-fc-spouses.asp for some examples. If you get the PR and go to live in Canada, you need to live in Canada as a PR for 3 years before you can apply for citizenship.

i found that normal range for recieving the PR is 8-11 months to the council in my country

the question is :

during this period waiting the PR .. may i visit my wife in canada.. or i have to stay here till i recieve it ??

You may visit your wife if you are from a visa exempt country. If you are not from a visa exempt country, you can apply for a visit visa but there's no guarantee that you would get one.

more question plz : Time between getting the PR and citizenship.. i mean the 3 years.. the question is :
during the 3 years between PR and citizenship , is it an obligatory in Canada or i can travel outside?

You have to have 3 full years (1095 days) in Canada to apply. That is why it's 3 years in a 4 year period. If you travel outside Canada during your 3 year period, you have to make up for it by staying longer. Say you took 2 months total on vacations outside Canada in your first 3 years as a PR, then you could not apply for citizenship until 3 years and 2 months.

She needs to apply sponsorship for you. and it takes around a year nowadays. Hope you can get it asap.

if your wife citizen or pr in canada
wife will pay landing sponsor you send you a kit
you can proper fill up and all evidence your marriage send your country embassy
call for medical
call for interview be prepared interview take longer time
