I'm not sure if we missed something in the spousal sponsorship application or if this happens later ...
We got married in China and my wife kept her name on her Chinese passport and all other ID's. My wife will probably want to take my last name in Canada. Was there a place in the application forms that stated her wish for her last name on the PR card or does this happen after she is approved and her passport requested? If we missed it, since we are still early in the process can this still be changed at the Hong Kong visa office?
If her PR card shows her last name as being same as my last name can she still travel abroad using her Chinese passport with old name and return showing her PR card with new name?
