Married in ontario?

Any non-canadians who got married in ontario... will they accept an overseas driving licence when applying for the wedding licence? The list of identification is very short but I have my British passport, driving licence and birth certificate.

I can't find these specifics online and we'll be going out of our way to get it.

Yes they do plus used my husband portugese passport.they need two pieces of so passport and license

I used my passport and birth certificate.

I do have one piece of advice, particularly if you'll be going out of your way to get it. Make sure you check over the marriage license for errors prior to leaving the place you get it from. My husband and I ended up having to drive back because they made two minor errors on mine. They changed my middle name by one letter, and they left one letter off of the city I currently reside in.

Thanks for the responses! For the city you currently reside in, is that simply from the form you fill out? All my ID are uk addresses but I reside in ottawa

I was only visiting over the summer for my wedding so I used my home address back in the U.S.
