Married applying for PR with a child but without wife

Hello everyone!

Please reply in this thread if any of you have any information on the situation stated in the thead topic - I have received an invitation to apply and planning to include my daughter in the application. My wife will join us later when she completes her studies and we're settled. Are there any things I should consider? Thank you in advance!

if you have received invitation based on points in which if your wife was also included then he/she also need to apply - else your point criteria will change.
The point is, she/he can also apply now and enter to Canada one time and go back..right? So she/he also will have PR status.

She wasn't included in the express entry application because she doesn't have IELTS results and ECA. If she were included in the application the score would be significantly lower. We're planning to proceed with sponsourship for her. Hope this clarifies the picture.

that should be fine. You could continue with option ' spouse not accompanying'.
However, i am not sure whether you need any authorization from her to prove that you could take the child with you.
