I got my PPR and passport stamped in January. However, recently got married before landing, hence requested to add my spouse name to the application. Filed a CSE and received response after more than 2 weeks:
"Since your file is located at a Canadian visa office outside Canada, you would need to contact them in order to report important changes, obtain information regarding the status of your application or enquire on an outcome to your request."
Dropped a mail to Delhi visa office at "DELHIIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca and
DELHI-IMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca" but no response from them too after 1 week. Any way to contact them as my previous visa expired on 18th July? Embassy hotline refused to transfer my call saying it is related to visa and hence not available on their helpline.
