Marriage while on Tourist Visa

I am PR holder and will be moving to Canada soon. My girlfriend plans to apply for her tourist visa to come to visit me.

Will it be possible for us to get married in Canada if we decide to do so? I am an Indian citizen and she is a non-Muslim (Hindu) Pakistani citizen.

If we get married and register our marriage in Canada, can I apply for her Inland Spouse Visa and extend her stay? Isn't that going to be a breach of her Tourist visa agreement, that she promises to come back to her home country?

If we get married while she is on Tourist Visa and apply for the Inland Spouse Visa, does that have a lower chance of success?

It would be great to get some expert opinion on this.

Also, do we have to wait sometime before we marry? like I need to live there for 6 months or so before I can sponsor her?

No - it's not a breach. No - you don't have to wait. You're making this more complicated than it really is.
