Hellooo everyone :)
My status is like this. I get married last year, my wife is from Canada and I am from Serbia. We applied for PR. Mississauga approved on 3. okt. 2013 and Viena got my application on 21. okt.2013. I'm still waiting, got stuck medical results and nothing else from that.
My question is HOW LONG MARRIAGE COUPLE CAN BE SEPARATE?
If enyone see this I will be thankful if a got answer.

You can be apart as long as it takes to get your PR visa issued and for you to land. There is no 'timeline', however if there is a long gap since you last saw one another that can cause CIC to take a look at your application a little closer to ensure that you are in a valid and ongoing marital relationship.

The processing time in Vienna is officially 14 months, see http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm/fc-spouses.asp#europe but that is for 80% of cases. If you look at the timeline for the 50% of cases it is more like 8 months. Your case could be faster or slower.

Of course there is nothing stopping your wife from visiting you. You could also apply for a visit visa to visit her.

my aunt lives in Toronto where is my darling too ;D .... So she went 20 years ago and say something like that, about 6 months...
She past that with her husband. There lawyer send a letterrr to the embassy and for one weekend got papire

Anyway thank's again, and if you have some Q maybe I have A :D
Peace.

Maybe this was the case 20 years ago but unfortunately there are visa offices today that have slower processing times, up to 2 years so there are definitely couples that are separated for more than 6 months. However, hopefully your case will be fast.

If the embassy calls you for an interview, you have to go but they don't call everybody.

Due to the ex Yugoslav break up situation the background checks for any applicants especially male from the region take time...Canada has been slack in the past only for applicants with a terrible past and involvement in the conflicts to end up as Citizens. If you have any law enforcement, para military or military background or any aspect of employment/membership in any political organization in power during the conflict expect an even longer wait. You have the right to be with your spouse just not an unqualified one for this to be in Canada is where the law stands. You will get there eventually...can your spouse visit you in the interim? Good luck.
