Hi, I know that me and a few others sent in the request for a marriage certificate right after we got married. Ours came within 2-3 weeks and I think I read a few others that did the same thing and they came back relatively quick. I don't think they can fast track it and the timing of getting it back solely depends on when their employees decide to input it into the system. I think their fast track application has more to do with a marriage that's already registered and at some point after that, people have either lost their certificate or need another copy for some reason. I'm sure if you get married, then send your payment and app right away (I did ours online), they'll issue your certificate as soon as they input it into the system. It's worth a shot to do this, but again, it's not guaranteed to be so quick. Congrats on your upcoming marriage!
