Marriage questionnaire form with MR and PPR - Help

Hi,

I received Marriage questionnaire form while getting MR and PPR. Did anyone received "Marriage questionnaire" form ? Any experience??? Is it normal to get Marriage questionnaire??

Does this has to be filled up by both husband and wife or just the principal applicant?

Someone who has been through this please share your experience.

Maybe the Visa officer has some doubts. If he is still not convinced you could get a interview request.
