  1. Hi guys! I am from Pakistan and working here in UAE since some years and my fiance is from Canada and she is coming to get married with her family. we are planning to get married in UAE. My gamfam is also coming here for the marriage. My question is that as I don't have my relatives here and either family friends except my family then is it necessary to a reception of other peoples. As this is not my country. i am worried ☹ that from where I can bring people for marriage. We just want to get married in the court and then celebrate with our families and spend some time with them.
Please advise me with your best experience.

Please make sure that your wedding is somewhat similar to others in your own culture . When testing the genuineness of your relationship, they consider how people in your culture usually celebrate the marriage. If there are big and celebratory weddings, they want to see that. Otherwise you may need to be extra vigilant in providing other sources of proof about the genuineness of your marriage (not just that you have a relationship).

IRCC will look for the traditional wedding ceremonies, especially if this is an arranged marriage.

What is the relationship history?

Hi sir thank you for your response,
We met at social media, having the relationship more than one year and personal met one time before one year. Now we are planning for marriage here in UAE. We are just inviting our parents, brothers and sisters and no body else. We will celebrate our wedding like as much we can.
