I have a previous thread about this topic. Don't know how to get back to that thread. Anyways i'm PR and my bf has a student visa. We haven't been together for more than 12months and i'm pregnant.Before that we were discussing much about getting married soon.Now his request for an open work permit have been refused because he hasn't filed within 90days. Are we going to be investigated for marriage fraud if we decide to get married after he was refuse for work permit?or should we look for other ways for him to stay other than getting married sooner than planned?
