Can anyone explain the common law a little more? Would that allow us to work in each other's country? Thanks.

my friend sponsored her husband to the USA and he got a green card. things didnt work out they got divorced, he basically used her and lied to her just to come to USA then shortly after their divorce he starting dating a lady 20 years OLDER than him... its so apparent he's doing it to stay but she complained about him and said he used her and abused the system I HOPE HE GETS KICKED OUT!!! people who use other people to get to a better country will never be happy! he is under investigation and hopefully deported back!! bc of people like him real genuine couples suffer... people do contract marriages and divorce right after, but in this case he played with her emotions and lied
