Looking over the country guide for Mexico and notice I need to include
Birth Certificate, Marriage Certificate and Divorce Certificate if applicable.
My SO has been divorced and we are not married. Is the marriage certificate referring to the one with his first wife or our marriage certificate if we had one? Just wondering if the divorce certificate is sufficient.

It's referring to YOUR marriage certificate if filing as spousal. If either of you is divorced, your divorce certificate is all that is needed to confirm the end of that particular status, so in this case you need your SO's divorce decree.

Fantastic! thanks so much for confirming Charlie. I wanted to use common sense but figured I should double check as this application gets confusing @ times. :)
