Marriage contract signing photo

Hello everyone .
Please help me find out what to do.
Actually i am from Afghanistan and my spouse has PR status in canada and we recently had a wedding ceremony in afghanistan and we have prepared all the documents including the wedding photos but we only dont have the picture of singing the marriage contract while the CIC has mentioned it on there website to have the photos of wedding ceremony and (photo of signing marriage contract )but we didn't notice it and we also do have the photos of doing nikah(our religious tradition of getting married) with all the other photos of our wedding ceremony and documents including marriage certificate.
So does it matter of not having a photo of signing the marriage contract in such a situation please help me find out what to do because we are about to submit our application.

Most Afghan face the same problem. I think CIC confuses the tradition of signing contract which is mostly done by muslims in Pakistan and India with Afghan tradition. In Afghanistan, we have oral recitation of Nikkah. Just provide photos of Nikkah and provide an explanation on the back of photo or a seperate sheet.
