Got my divorce here in Canada and plan to Marry my fiancee. Since Philippine goverment requires Recognition of Foreign Judgement for foreign divorcee (Canadian Citizen at the time of divorce, but we got married in the Philippines) in order for a couple to get wed in the Philippines, which I found out cost $$$, we plan to marry outside of Philippine. My question is does the Canadian Embassy in the Philippines recognize Marriage Certificate issued by a foreign country (not NSO issued certificate) if ever I sponsor my future wife to join me here in Canada? Thanks.
