thanks parker24. the problem is that now im waiting for visitor visa, and it should come this month. if its refused i have to leave the country, thats why i wanna submit the application as far as possible. do u have any idea here? maybe shall i send the poof we are married and and to explain that as soon as i get the marriage certificate i will send it to them?

You could, but I think they will just send you back the application telling you to send it when you have the certificate. And if you get the rejection, it will tell you to leave, I would honestly leave or else you will make it MUCH harder to apply for PR.

IF they don't tell you to leave, yes. But if they DO tell you to, then you HAVE to because it would be in your "file" so to speak that they told you to leave. If you don't, you are basically breaking a law and an illegal in Canada.

Yes, I think you will also need to include an ARC but I'm not entirely sure on that.
