hi! i am TRV status , my visa will expire in march 2018, i got married recently.

can i still proceed with my TRV extension without changing my marital status or declaring that im already married to a CA citizen.

please enlighten me.

No, you can't do that, that is misrepresentation. You have to declare your marriage. You will know the value of this advice later when you plan to get sponsored by your spouse. Good Luck!

You need to state you are married. Stating you are single is misrepresentation, fraud.

The validity of your TRV has nothing to do with status in Canada. When does your actual visitor status expire?
