Im a student who is trying to start master education as an international student in Canda in September 2016.
My fiancee lives in Canada and has pr.we are going to get married in March 2016
Im wondering if you help me to know is it possible for me to come to Canada as an international student while my husband has pr and lives there?
Or can i have more rights than international students?
or maybe canada would not give me visa in this occasion?
to wrap up ill be grateful if you help me to know the rules which is related to me.

If you are an international student, you only have the rights/rules associated with your student visa.

Marrying a PR does nothing to your own status, unless you have your husband sponsor you so you can also be a PR. There are no changes to your status or your student visa just by marrying a PR.

if you have a student permit, you can study and work legally in Canada whether you apply for inland or outland.

You have to apply for a study permit if you will study for more than 6 months. The work part is not that easy, there are some restrictions. You will not be able to work on your study permit if you are a part - time student. But if you submit your PR application inland, you can attach the OWP application and you should receive it within 4 months (as long as the pilot program will be continued in 2016).
