Its 7 months and your spouse still not added to your file?

I have informed early December 2024 and they cancelled COPR in January 2025 & in Feb, they sent an email that they will ask documents in due course but till now they haven't come back. I have raised several webforms but it says application is in progress and officer hasn't requested any document or information.

I have contacted SINP from where i got nominated, they asked to send few documents. Send an email about your situation to PNP , it seems that IRCC asks reconfirmation from PNP in such cases.

@ush011985 I got PNP from Alberta, as soon as I got married, as per Alberta Portal, I submitted change in marital request in Alberta's PNP portal.

Please have your spouse added to your IMM 0008 and IMM 5406 and resubmit these forms.
Spouse federal forms IMM 5406 and Schedule A;?

Yes, I called IRCC in May and they sent me email with all spouse docs required with IMM forms. I submitted all mentioned forms and documents on 7th May 2025 and since then I am waiting for my spouse to be added to file.

Did your spouse got added to your file? And in how much time? Can you share your timeline

Finally got a response from them. They have asked for all documents including the "Please provide a completed Principal Applicant Relationship Assessment Questionnaire & Spouse Relationship Assessment Questionnaire (below)."

If they have asked me to fill this questionnaire, is it because they doubt the authenticity? Or is it common practice?

Also they have asked me to send everything, within 30 days. PCC, POF, This questionnaire along with 5-6 other forms, medical. My visa is expiring on 25th May. I have to submit everything by 15th May
Now im worried that they will send us both a COPR with the validity of 25th May 2025 itself. How will I pack everything and leave the country in just 10 days. No tickets are booked yet. I have to give a notice period in office too.....SO what is the possibility that they might extend the visa by a few months?

@priyankabhalla is your application CEC Express Entry? When did you requested Spouse Addition? When did you submitted spouse docs? Is your spouse added to your application and in how much time? Can you please share your timeline little bit. I am also in similar situation. Thanks

Not yet.. just waiting ! PNP got updated but IRCC hasn't come back yet.
