Marriage after ITA

Hi guys.
I would really need your advice, regarding the following matter:
If you apply single in EE and you get ITA, at what point after receiving ITA, can you add a spouse to your application in order for your points NOT to be recalculated ( because if they’re recalculated the CRS drops below the cut off score and ITA is declined).

If someone had a similar experience please share.

Hi Vjola, Did you get a response to this and how has your experience been with the post ITA marriage and the technicalities etc. related to the same. I would appreciate if you could please shed some light.
