hi,
it has been about 8 months since my documents are sent to visa office and my status is pending now.
i want to know when is the best time for me to arrange my marriage?
I have some options:
1- if I marry before medical, I can send my wife's docs and add her to my case
2- if it will be after medical letter, what happens?
3- if I marry after getting visa and before entering canada what will happen?
4- if I should marry with her after entering canada, how much time should be passed before i can go back to my country and marry and go back to canada and sponser her? and how much it takes to grant her visa?

answers one by one 1) yes you can do that but make sure the funds are more as both applicants will come in picture.
2)it will just delay your case so after medicals they might again ask for docs.
3)this will create a problem because if u have to sponser wife.
4) the condition is u should have 25000$ as ur income in the past 12 months in canada so after u get PR wait until one year make sure u meet this basic amount of requirement thatis the amount that i have told u and then it would take 6 months for spousal application

So my suggestion is get visa go work for one year and then sponser her wait for 6 months so that both of u will be in canada .
If u can not wait then get married now immediately and update the status with embassy showing new financial capability.I suggest u to wait for some more time see if u can get good job and then apply for her after ur 1 year stay. I am 27 years 7 months old so i am planning to get married after my one year of stay and meanhwile i want to make sure that i meet the earnings requirement and will then sponser my wife .It takes 1.5 years in total.

Hi there,

I also wanted to know about this,

as per your information

- i can not ever select option 3 as i have not entered to CANADA as yet, however if its only about Funds & some how i can manage then is there any possibility without working in Canada?
- Option 4, after visa i go to canada, return back in week's time and get married, is there any possibility to file mu spouse case, (lets assume i have got the job there and worked for 1 week) is there any possibility to file my spouse case or I DO HAVE TO wait for 1 year?

Thanks

As I read in many forums and guides you don't need provide the financial support for your spouse and there is no need to have $25000.
If i'm wrong, please correct me.
thanks
